Localhost Redirecting to IP Address: Need Help to Resolve

Question

My localhost is redirecting to this IP: http://192.168.1.209/ and I am unable to access it. It was working until this morning but suddenly stopped. Can anyone please help resolve this issue? I am attaching screenshots.

This was fixed by updating the server.host.name to machine the machine name, which was found by launching a command prompt and executing "hostname". Once the update was done, rebuilding the problem allowed the user to access the login page.

Also, I see that your server.host.name is set to a local ip. Instead it should be your domain. For ex. server.host.name=LAP-MKHARE1.elogex.com
