While installing oracle getting below error

I found resolution-
launch command prompt as Administrator and run below command to install oracle 18xe:
msiexec /i "Oracle Database 18c Express Edition.msi" /l*v "log.log"
This command also generate logs which can be referred in case there are any errors during installation.
