When the user subscribes to a dashboard, do we clone it under the subscribed user or we create a soft link to the original dashboard?

A user is only allowed to modify their own dashboards or overrides they have created against module-defined dashboards. In the event the user is viewing a "subscribed" dashboard (any dashboard owned by a different user), the only action they can take is to clone that dashboard. At that point, they can modify the clone because they own it. The subscribed dashboard remains available since the user hasn't modified it or unsubscribed from it.
