Will you please guide us how to add new actions and action items in Ent Role Type. I wanted to add new actions in Carrier Partner as shown below :

You will need add action to your MPT for Partner model. You will need to make sure of the following after adding an action:
- You have provided permission to the action for the Based On RoleType (which you selected in the Info tab of EntRoleType)
- SystemOfControl and AllowEntRoleCustomization flag are set to true in Action Properties
- ActionScreen is defined for your action
Submit the MPT, refresh the screen and action should be available for the EntRoleType
