What is the process to set up SMTP in my local for testing? Is there any documentation or a step-by-step process that can be shared to accomplish this?

To setup SMPT, please follow the below steps
1. Open "setup\dvce-app-config.xml"
2. Change the “<SMTPHost >” value from “localhost” to your domain-specific mail server host.
3. Restart your server after updating "dvce-app-config.xml" file
